Inside camp at ISHCMC

Jason, our Head of Teaching & Learning, walks through the projects children built at Summer Camp 2026 (3 minutes).

Guided parent tours

Families see inside your school

From the second week of camp, our Camp Manager leads two to three guided tours a week. Parents walk into every group and activity session and ask about the camp, your school, its facilities and ethos. Their details go to your admissions team for follow-up.

What a partnership offers

Built around your school

01

Learning that continues

A summer that reflects your educational philosophy: project-based, whole-child, and built around confidence, collaboration and communication.

02

No extra load on your staff

We plan, staff, market, register and run the programme, so your teachers and leaders get a genuine break.

03

Stronger community

A trusted summer option for your families on a campus they already know, with an end-of-camp exhibition for parents.

04

Your reputation protected

Your school approves branding, communications, staffing standards and safeguarding arrangements. No surprises.

05

Families on campus

Families visit your campus during camp, with guided tours linked to your admissions team, on your terms.

06

Financially transparent

Open-book planning, agreed minimum enrolment and clear terms that support your mission rather than distract from it.

Your programme

A summer programme that's uniquely yours.

Every partner school gets its own programme, designed around its students, values and calendar. It's built on our 5Q Human Advantage framework: five themed weeks, each with a big question and a real-world project, for Explorers (4–6), Creators (7–10) and Academy (11–15), finishing with an exhibition for families. Themes, weeks and branding are shaped with your school, so your camp feels like part of your school, not a copy of anyone else's.

Want to see the framework in action? Explore our flagship camp: Summer Camp 2027 at ISHCMC.

Ways to partner

Partnership models

Each partnership is shaped around the school's goals and calendar.

A

Fully managed summer programme

We run your summer programme end to end, under your oversight, as we have at ISHCMC since 2018.

B

Community camp on your campus

Your own co-branded programme for your families and, if you choose, children from other schools, introducing new families to your campus.

C

A founding summer for a new campus

Opening a new school? A summer programme brings families onto your campus and builds your community before the first day of term.

We build the partnership around them, typically an agreed facility fee or revenue share, with open-book planning so the programme is sustainable for both partners and right for not-for-profit and proprietary schools alike.

Terms are agreed individually with each school and are not published.

Questions school leaders ask

Frequently asked questions

Does our school need to develop or manage the programme?

No. Inspire Educamps leads programme design, staffing, marketing, registration and daily management. Your school keeps agreed institutional responsibilities such as facilities, campus access and oversight, set out in a written responsibility matrix.

How does our school benefit financially?

Commercial terms are built around your facilities, expected enrolment and operating requirements, typically as a share of camp revenue or an agreed facility fee. We model conservative, expected and stronger-enrolment scenarios before anything is signed.

Who recruits and manages the educators?

We do. Expat group leaders hold a university degree and an ESL teaching certificate, and all staff are background-checked through AVVANZ. Recruitment standards and any school approval steps are agreed in advance.

How are safeguarding and insurance handled?

They are core requirements of the partnership, covered in due diligence and the contract: screening, supervision ratios, site risk assessment, medical response, incident reporting and insurance. Supporting documentation is shared with shortlisted schools.

Can the programme introduce prospective families to our school?

Yes, with your approval and appropriate consent. At ISHCMC, our team hosts campus tours for prospective families while camp is running. Any lead sharing follows your admissions process and data-protection requirements.

What happens if enrolment is lower than expected?

Minimum viable enrolment, the launch decision date and cancellation arrangements are agreed before either side commits, so neither partner carries an unplanned loss.

Can the programme be customised to our school?

Yes. Dates, ages, themes, daily schedule and co-branding can be tailored to your curriculum, values and calendar, subject to programme viability.

We are opening a new campus. Can you help before we open?

Yes, subject to campus readiness and approvals. A founding summer programme or a series of family events can bring prospective families onto campus ahead of the first term.

How far ahead should we start?

Ideally 8 to 12 months before the summer. Recruitment, marketing and enrolment work best with a January launch.

Can you work with school groups or several campuses?

Yes. The Inspire Partner Programme gives your own team our programme, training and remote support, with one support level applied across the group. See the Partner Programme.

Can the programme be limited to our own students?

Yes. It can be exclusive to your families, or opened to children from other schools only if and when your school chooses.
