Programme overview, policies, what to pack and the weekly lunch menu. Emailed to every registered family before camp.
Arrival and pick-up
Drop-off from 8:00am, when children have time with friends until groups start at 8:30am. Pick-up from 3:00pm. Drop-off and pick-up are both at the front gate (1 Xuan Thuy): parents do not enter campus, and Group Leaders greet every child. Children are released only to a named parent or guardian.
What to bring
A hat or cap, water bottle and a change of clothes. Lunch and morning and afternoon snacks are provided.
Weekly overview
The week’s theme, big question and project, with a Friday Showcase every week. The Big Exhibition: Friday 23 July, 1:30pm, all families welcome. See the five weeks
Newsletter and photos
A weekly newsletter with a link to all the week’s camp photos, so you can find and download photos of your child. Sent by email every Friday of camp.
Medical and bus
SOS International on site every day. Bus routes are managed by Saigon School Bus.
