Terms and Conditions

Booking

All bookings must be made through our online registration system, which opens in January 2027.

Payment in full secures your child’s place and confirms your agreement to these Terms and Conditions. Bookings are confirmed only once payment has been received.

Early bird: 10% off camp fees when you register and pay in full by 15 March 2027.

Refund policy

Camps must be fully prepaid. Once booked, no refunds are available for cancellations, late arrivals or early departures. Camp dates may be changed with 10 days’ prior notice, subject to availability.

Changing your booking

Changes to camp dates are free of charge, subject to availability, if requested at least 10 days before the start date. Email info@inspireeducamps.org for changes. Changes are only valid within the Summer Camp 2027 season (21 June – 23 July 2027).

Weeks added after registration are charged at 12,690,000 VND per week, subject to availability.

Camp closure

In case of closure due to medical events or other circumstances, no refunds are provided. However, credit for the remaining full weeks will be issued, valid for any Inspire Educamps camp until 30 July 2028.

Insurance

Students from Cognita schools, including ISHCMC, are covered by their school’s insurance. All other campers are covered by camp insurance arranged by Inspire Educamps.

Insurance details are provided at registration.

First aid

In case of accidents, first aid will be provided and emergency services contacted if necessary. Parents must provide any essential medication to the on-campus nurse.

Photography and video

We use photos and videos of camp activities for promotional purposes. Please tell us at booking if you do not consent to your child’s image being used.

Data protection

Your data is collected and used in compliance with the Australian Privacy Principles of the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and Vietnamese data protection laws, ensuring the safety and welfare of your child while maintaining data privacy and security.

Safeguarding and child protection

We are committed to providing a safe, inclusive environment for all children, with zero tolerance for discrimination or bullying.

Special needs

Children with special needs are welcome. To discuss accommodations and support, please contact us before booking at info@inspireeducamps.org. We are committed to providing an inclusive and supportive environment for all children.

Child exclusion

We reserve the right to exclude children whose behaviour affects the wellbeing of others, with no refund for remaining days. Any associated costs are the parent’s responsibility.

We value your feedback. Please share your experiences, concerns or suggestions for improvement at info@inspireeducamps.org. Your insights help us keep improving the camp experience.

Confirmation

By booking, you confirm the accuracy of your information and understand the risks involved in camp activities.

Disclaimer

I give Inspire Educamps staff permission to seek emergency medical services for me and/or my child should I or my child become injured or ill while participating in the sessions, with the understanding that I am responsible for any expenses incurred.

I give permission for my child to appear in promotional photos and videos relating to the camp.

Waiver

I hereby indemnify and agree to keep International School Ho Chi Minh City, its management and its staff fully indemnified against all claims, damage or loss to the person and/or property whatsoever to any of our children whilst participating in activities of Inspire Education Camps Company Limited on or using International School Ho Chi Minh City facilities, or in consequence of anything done or omitted therewith or preparatory thereto, whether such damage or loss is caused or occasioned by the act or neglect or default of International School Ho Chi Minh City.
