Payment & Registration Policy

All online registrations are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD) via secure checkout. Where Vietnamese Dong (VND) amounts are displayed, these are shown as approximate reference values only and may vary depending on exchange rates and any bank conversion fees.

  • Online card payment (AUD): Immediate confirmation and guaranteed placement upon successful payment.
  • Vietnam bank transfer (VND): Available for families who prefer to register offline and pay by bank transfer.

Families wishing to pay by Vietnam bank transfer should download the Offline Registration Form above, complete it, and email it to info@inspireeducamps.org.

Bank transfer registrations require full payment within 48 hours. A child’s place is confirmed only once both registration and cleared payment have been received.
