Payment & Registration Policy

All Inspire Educamps fees are fixed and payable in Vietnamese Dong (VND). Where an AUD amount is displayed for online card payments, it is calculated using a fixed seasonal reference exchange rate determined at the commencement of the registration period.

  • Online card payment (AUD): Secure checkout with immediate confirmation and guaranteed placement.
  • Vietnam bank transfer (VND): Available upon written request and processed manually.

Families wishing to pay via Vietnam bank transfer must contact info@inspireeducamps.org to request the manual registration form.

Bank transfer registrations require full payment within 48 hours. A child’s place is confirmed only once both registration and cleared payment have been received.
